- Jumana Tours retains the right to alter the itinerary, and dates, or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, and will not be liable for any charges incurred by the customer due to such changes.
- All services will be provided as specified and paid for in the Service Vouchers. If you choose to avail of any services not included in the Hidden Treasures of Oman Holiday Package or opt for an upgrade, you are responsible for settling the payment directly. Please note that tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charges, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
- Travel insurance is not part of the tour price, and clients must cover all medical and associated costs. It is strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure to address any contingencies, and arrangements can be made upon request.
- The package price excludes special dinners or mandatory charges imposed by hotels, particularly during New Year and other special occasions.
